I always had the dream of owning my own business, but like so many people I followed the traditional path and began working my way up the corporate ladder.  

Prior to Market America, I was the District Manager for a leading employment company.   I worked so hard to become successful and found that with every promotion came so much more work and time away from my family.  I worked 60-70 hours a week, traveling between my offices and work always came home with me. 

When I first looked at the Market America System, it was crystal clear to me that I needed to make a change -- a change for me and for my family.  I realized that if I put the same effort to be successful following Market America's proven system and training, I would be creating a life-long, ongoing income.  This was the opportunity to change the course of my life.  It was time to create the life that I had always wanted, and I was never going to achieve working for someone else.

After two and a half years of beginning my internet franchise, I was able to resign my corporate position.  This business has provided me the peace of mind to know that I am providing a professional income for my family without it taking me away from my most important job; which is the Mother of two incredible boys.

Now 12 years later, my oldest son is graduating High School and I can look back with no regrets.  We have spent so much time together as a family, and have gone on trips that I would have never had the time or energy to do working for Corporate America.  My youngest son will begin High School next year, and he keeps us busy traveling to watch him play baseball.  We love every minute of it!

Because of my decision to begin my business with Market America, my boys do not ever remember me leaving our home to go to work.  My 13-year old son recently told me that he appreciates that I work from home, and that I am home whenever he needs my help.  It was a sweet moment, and priceless as a Mom.  They both understand it is important to create the life you want to live and never except anything less!
